Why is it every time I come to an appointment here it's an hour plus wait? They should just schedule you an hour later. They put you in a room and then forget about you. I think VA Beach needs more clinics. This is gettimg ridiculous.

Not recommended. I've had to wait 90 min past my appt time to see a doctor. They are rushed, inattentive and dismissive. Have to make another trip to pick up prescriptions, so hope it's not urgent.

had a problem they told me to come back with records, i did, new appointment was with a different doctor, Dr. Franklin. She through her hands up 4 times and said “what do u want me to do” “i really can’t help you” “i can’t sit here and go through ur medical records rightnow” “ i dont know what you want me to do.” I’ve never experienced this type of behavior from a doctor. After that she had me check out with no papers no follow up no care. i just wasted 2 hours of my time.

Convenient location, small facility so not usually a wait for Radiology services. The parking lot is bad. Extremely small spaces and not enough parking for the volume of people visiting this shared commercial building.

The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I love the nurses and some of the Dr's here. Look back a year ago this was a smaller not very busy clinic and pharmacy, since they have expanded its like going to Boone to get a script filled you ARE looking at an hour. Plus there is very limited parking.
